You can connect your Vest Edge to Xbox One, using either a wired connection or a wireless connection. Please note: Connecting your Vest to your TV with the TV's internal Bluetooth can cause a significant delay and therefore isn't recommended.

Option 1: Wired Connection, using the Xbox controller

  1. Connect the Vest Edge to the Xbox controller, using the provided 3.5mm cable. One end to the controller's output jack and the other end to Vest's audio-in jack.
  2. Connect your headphone to the Vest's headphone jack.

Option 2: Wired Connection, using an optical audio cable (S/PDIF)

  1. Connect one end of the digital audio cable to an S/PDIF (optical audio) port on the console.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a Digital Optical to Analog Converter.
  3. Connect your Vest to the converter analog output, using a 3.5mm cable.
  4. You can connect your headphone to the Vest's headphone jack, or alternatively, you may use your TV speakers instead.
  5. Connect your headphone to the Vest's headphone jack.

Option 3: Wireless connection, using a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter

  1. Connect one end of a digital audio cable to the S/PDIF (optical audio) port on the console.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter
  3. Pair your Vest with the Bluetooth transmitter.
  4. Connecting your headphones: You can connect wired headphones directly to your Vest. Alternatively, if your Bluetooth transmitter is a dual-link one, you can pair both the Vest and your Bluetooth headphone, concurrently. You can also skip this step and use your TV speakers instead.

Option 4: Wired Connection, using an HDMI audio extractor

  1. Connect your XBOX HDMI output to an HDMI audio extractor
  2. Connect your TV to the HDMI audio extractor.
  3. Connect your Vest to the extractor analog output, using a 3.5mm cable.
  4. Connect your headphone to the Vest's headphone jack.
